Baby Blessing!

Last night we had the privilege of attending a baby blessing at our church. They invite all the babies born or adopted in the previous year and do a blessing over them. There was a reception with punch and cookies (from Celebrity Bakery--delish!) and we met with one of the elders and his wife and they prayed a sweet blessing over each baby. They also signed a card that had each baby's name and a verse written on it. 

Here is Jaxon with the couple that prayed over him. They were so sweet and it was a blessing to us as parents hearing someone pray such sweet things for Jaxon's future.

I was able to take some pictures with a few friends who have babies close in age to Jaxon. There were a few others there that I didn't get pictures with though:(.
