9 months!

I cannot believe that you are 9 months old. I refuse to admit that you are getting bigger. You will forever be my baby!!

At 9 months you:

weigh 14 pounds and are 27 inches long

nurse 4 times a day 

eat 2 or 3 solid meals (which you love)

are learning to feed yourself

sleep 11.5-12 hours at night

take 2 naps (very rarely 3, but sometimes)

crawl everywhere

and pull up on everything!!

babble with "bababa and mamama"

giggle at your brother constantly

have started clapping--sometimes on cue!

love to hold Jaxon's bouncy balls in your hand (when you can sneak them away)

love to be held (especially by momma)
love to play peek-a-boo

love to be ready to and "turn the pages"

are not a fan of the bottle, unless it is my cousin, Marlee, giving it to you :)!! 

got a small case of hand, foot, mouth, but it only appeared in your mouth

don't like to get into your car seat, but are fine once we are going

get really upset when someone takes something out of your hand

love to play with your piano

love to talk and sing

love to chew on your fingers

have gotten your 2 bottom middle teeth (with 4 on top about to pop through any minute)

sometimes get very bashful when someone is talking to you--you put your head on my chest and shy away. It's pretty cute:)

love to give us kisses

While each month is bittersweet, you get more and more fun! You are full of smiles and giggles. You are a very happy baby and bring so much joy to our days. It is so fun to see your personality starting to show and I am excited to see what God does with a very joyful little girl! You continue to be a very easy going baby and just go with the flow. We love you dearly and are thankful that you are ours!! :)
