8 months!

Baby girl (or baby grill as Jaxon calls you), how are you 8 months old?!?! Time is flying by with you, precious one, and we are loving every second of it. 

We took you in for a weight check at 7.5 months and you weighed 13 pounds 5 ounces. Here is everything else you are up to:

you sleep 11.5-12 hours a night

you like to hold onto our fingers, stand up, and blow bubbles (your big brother did the same thing)

you will give me (open mouth, slobbery) kisses when I ask you to

you are not a fan of getting into the car seat

you wear 3-6 month and 6 month clothing

you nurse 4-5 times a day

you make noises like a goat--it's really funny

you are trying so hard to crawl, but just not quite there yet

your two bottom teeth popped through!

you hop like a frog when trying to crawl

you take 2 or 3 naps a day (mostly 2)

you like to eat puffs, and are fairly good at getting them into your mouth

you do not like baby food yet-you suck on your fingers after I put it in your mouth

you stood up in your crib

you love to watch Jaxon and find him when you get up from a nap

you get a big smile on your face when Jaxon or daddy come in the room

you get really sad if I walk by you and don't pick you up

you rub your head as you fall asleep

you love to talk to us while we are driving in the car

you like to jump in your jumper

you smile really big at me when I am reading you a book

you love to play in the water

You are just as sweet as you can be! I cannot be thankful enough for you and your sweet spirit. The Lord knitted you perfectly! You have been the perfect addition to our family. It is hard to think back to life before you were here. I love you so much and am so thankful to be your momma.
