16 months!

How in the world are you this old?!?!

you love to sing "if you're happy and you know it" and the abc's--both are equally your favorite

you shake your head when you don't want something (and sometimes add in a squeal)

you do not like to get in the car seat

you love to dance

you like to read and are doing much better about sitting for a longer time

have 12 teeth

sleep about 11.5-12 hours at night

have dropped your morning nap-I didn't wait it out as long as I did with Jaxon--we just did away with it

when daddy comes home you run up to him saying "dadadada," give a quick hug, and then lead him back to our bedroom

you love to play on the keyboard

you wear 9-12 month or 12 month clothing

you like to help close the dishwasher

you say several words- momma, dada, baby, bye-bye, milk, play down to name a few

you love to go outside

you cry every time I take you to the nursery at church and bible study

we tell you it's time to go "night, night" and you walk to your room, ready for us to put you down

you love remote controls

you like to wash your hands aka: playing in the water
you love to brush your teeth
you love to play chase and roll around on the ground with Jaxon--you giggle so much with him

Baby girl,
It is hard to think back to what life was like before Madelyn was in it. You bring such joy and fun into our home and we all love you so much! Life is just so much fun with you. Thank you for teaching us about the joy and sweetness of life. You are a huge blessing to me and I am so thankful to be your momma! Love you :)!
